Key terms for engaging Successfull Waterproofing for inspections, estimates and projects.
1. Services
We provide waterproofing inspections, proposals, material supply and application services for terraces, roofs, basements, bathrooms, tanks and related areas. Scope, materials, pricing and timelines are documented in each estimate before work starts.
2. Site Access & Preparation
The client provides safe access to work areas, water and electricity as needed. We protect surroundings with coverings and cleanup daily. Unexpected site conditions may require timeline or cost adjustments after discussion and approval.
3. Payments
Payment milestones are shared in the estimate. Materials may require an advance. Work resumes once due payments are cleared. Prices exclude government taxes unless specified.
4. Warranty
Warranty coverage and duration depend on the system applied and will be mentioned in the proposal. Misuse, structural movement, external damage, or third-party alterations void coverage. We address warranted issues after inspection and confirmation.
5. Safety
We follow site safety practices and use appropriate PPE. Client must inform us of any hazards, restrictions or permissions required before work begins.
6. Cancellation
If a confirmed project is cancelled, charges for completed work and procured materials will apply. Inspection bookings can be rescheduled with prior notice.
7. Communication
Project updates, approvals and clarifications should be shared through the designated contact person. Written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) is preferred for scope changes.
